To download or upgrade the free QUICKTIME PLAYER, go to www.apple.com/quicktime/download.
If using a PC and there's a problem with Quicktime 7, try this:
• Go to Start > Control Panel > Quicktime 7
• Go to the Edit Menu>Preferences>Quicktime Preferences
• Go to the Browser tab and click "Mime Settings"
• Under Miscellaneous File Formats, ensure that Flash is NOT checked
• Click OK
